The Labor Party is America's only democratic socialist party, organizing voters and building political power to transform our economy.

We believe in economic democracy: where housing is a human right, not a commodity for investors. Where healthcare serves people, not insurance company profits. Where good jobs protect our planet instead of destroying it. Where working people control their workplaces through cooperatives and unions, not bosses and shareholders.

‍Both major parties serve billionaires and corporations. We're building an independent party for everyone else and fighting for an economy that makes life affordable, protects our planet, and puts working people in control.

We are laying the groundwork, strategizing, building resources, and forming networks. This is a crucial step in preparing to take on an entrenched political system that is intent on locking out any competition.
Official Launch
In 2026 The Labor Party will launch officially, with a goal of introducing parties for all 50 states. This kick-off will be held at an event with a large and diverse coalition of organizations aimed at promoting our united mission.

Fully launched, The Labor Party will initiate a codenamed plan to reshape the political landscape, breaking apart and deconstructing the corporate establishment duopoly.

While having many differences, both Democrat and Republican parties serve entrenched corporate and wealthy interests. The system that has allowed the United States to devolve into this chaos was built by lobbyists, corporations, corrupt politicians, and the media. To build the society we all deserve, this system must be dismantled and replaced.
